Art lovers gathered at the City Club at River Ranch for the Big Easel's preview party. Patrons sipped wine and enjoyed apps while getting a sneak peak of the artworks from 70 contributing artists and artisans from the deep South and beyond. The 2012 Big Easel was May 5 in River Ranch's Town Square.
The Lafayette Education Foundation's 2012 ReProm Court and sponsors raised $84,000. The proceeds help support educators with their innovative approaches to learning through the LEF Grants Program. The event was held at River Oaks, where Kevin Hurst was crowned king and Patricia Boulet queen.
