City Club at River Ranch was packed to capacity for the premier Village of Hope Dinner benefitting the SOLT Kobonal Haiti Mission. Chef John Folse cooked up a fantastic meal, including tomato basil bisque, turban of trout, beef tenderloin and doberge. The Rev. Glenn Meaux's SOLT Kobonal Haiti Mission, in partnership with Cross Catholic Outreach, presented the fabulous event, which raised more than $230,000 to help build houses in Haiti.

Families and friends celebrated City Club's 10th anniversary with Family Fun Day in the grill and bar, gym and Town Square. Threatening weather moved all kids' activities to the gym indoors, which didn't deter the youngsters from FunJumping, playing games, watching videos and munching on frosty sno cones and hot popcorn. Both children and adults enjoyed the delicious barbecue sausage, boudin, ribs and sides while listening to live music.
