If you haven't made it to Regatta LA Seafood in Lake Arthur, this creative drink will get you there. The restaurant's summer special, "The Sandbar" comes in a plastic fish bowl filled with 24 ounces of margarita that's then topped with a Corona (or whatever beer you prefer) and finished off with a squeeze of fresh lime juice. The Corona slowly seeps into the margarita while you sip from a straw, adding just the right amount of beer to alter the flavor into a real treat. The drink sells for $15, and it's worth every penny (word of advice: share it). Located on Lake Arthur, Regatta serves fresh seafood, steaks, pasta and traditional Cajun fare in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. Live bands play on weekends. Call (337) 774-1504 for more information. - Leslie Turk
