POUR's mozzarella panini ($7) is The Ind's fresh and satisfying EatLafayette Dish of the Day.

Made with fresh mozzarella layered on roasted turkey and basil pesto, the sandwich is served grilled and pressed. The dish is accompanied by a strawberry garnish.

Famous for its extensive selection of wines, POUR Wine Bar and Restaurant features a unique, self-serve system that pours precise portions extending from a taste to a full glass, including several hard to reach varieties. Additionally, POUR's menu includes lighter fare like salads, soups and flights of classic and artisanal cheeses atop flatbread and crostini.

For those with a sweet tooth, POUR also offers a chocolate tasting menu, three for $11, five for $17 and seven for $25. POUR is located at 605 Silverstone Road in River Ranch's main square, and is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday from 3 p.m. to midnight.
