Hub City Diner is offering Mom's Special Meatloaf as part of its EatLafayette special and earns Thursday's Dish of the Day honor. Fill up on a thick slice of meatloaf and fresh mashed potatoes, all smothered in brown gravy.
If juicy meatloaf isn't a favorite of yours, Hub City Diner offers chicken fried steak instead. Choose the entrée, a side and receive a large piece of bread pudding to round out the meal, all for $9.99. The Oil Center eatery serves breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and for breakfast and lunch on Sundays from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
