The River Ranch wine-centric eatery describes the champagne splits as "pale & golden in color with an abundance of elegant bubbles ... with a subtle predominance of pear, apple, almonds and hazelnuts."
"On the palate it is fresh on the opening, smooth, pleasant and balanced," POUR says of its champagne special for ladies.
In addition to ladies night, POUR's kitchen is now keeping extended hours. Tuesdays and Wednesdays, the kitchen will be open from 3 p.m to 10 p.m., and Thursdays through Saturdays the kitchen will remain open from 3 p.m. to midnight.
