E's Kitchen in Parc Lafayette is hosting a food truck round-up this Saturday for families and individuals alike. E's Kitchen, located at 1921 Kaliste Saloom Suite 103, is hosting a food truck round-up this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
In attendance will be veteran Viva La Waffle and newcomers Freetown Fries, Tres Hermanos and Lil' Chubs Grill and all will be parked in the E's Kitchen Parking Lot.
Viva La Waffle is known for its waffle sandwiches and delicious garlic butter waffle fries, and Freetown Fries recently had its grand opening at the first annual local Fryday at Pack and Paddle this weekend. Tres Hermanos is a mobile carniceria taqueria, and Lil' Chubs serves all things meat.
For the kids, the splash pad will be there, as well.
The following week, E's Kitchen is hosting a baking class with Katie of Katie Bakes, located in River Ranch. Katie will be teaching attendees how to make cake pops. The class is at 6 p.m. on Sept. 26 and is $15 per person.
