New book chronicles the missing (boudin) link

A first-ever book about boudin, written by ULL History Department Head Robert Carriker, is being published by UL Press and will be available for purchase by mid-October. UL Lafayette professor and History Department Head Robert Carriker has found an "extraordinary" topic for his latest book: Boudin.

His new book, "BOUDIN: A Guide to the Extraordinary Link," is the first of its kind, according to UL's Facebook page, offering 76 pages on the beloved Cajun staple that are sure to make your mouth water.

The book, published by UL Press, will be available in mid-October.
