Dish of the Day: Zea's pesto-crusted trout

Zea's does it all, but a seafood standout is the pesto-crusted trout. Take two fresh trout filets and smear them with fresh basil pesto and sear them in a pan, and the simplicity of the ingredients makes for a truly delicious dish. The trout, pictured below with the snap peas and corn grits, is a large lunch or a filling dinner, and won't weigh you down after.
