Lafayette store is New Orleans jewelry designer's fifth.
Check out Mignon Faget's new retail gallery in Parc Lafayette this week and be a part of the grand opening Nov. 29.
The Lafayette gallery occupies approximately 1,700 square feet of the shopping center at the corner of Camellia Boulevard and Kaliste Saloom Road.
"Opening a store in Lafayette has long been an ambition of mine," Faget says in a press release. "I am thrilled to be able to share my designs with a new region of Louisiana residents."
The new Mignon Faget gallery showcases her signature jewelry collections including Sea, Knots & Bows, Louisiana and the new HIVE II designs.
In anticipation of the Lafayette expansion, Faget designed a regionally themed Acadian charm bracelet featuring whimsical charms reflecting the local culture including an alligator, blackened red fish, hot pepper, Acadian house and a pirogue. The pirogue is also featured "floating" on a new necklace and dangle earrings.
The full collection of Mignon Faget Home & Baby designs are also being sold locally.
Mignon Faget's new Lafayette location is her fifth freestanding gallery in Louisiana, joining galleries in Canal Place, Lakeside Mall and 3801 Magazine St. in New Orleans and Towne Center in Baton Rouge.
