The new Saint Streets restaurant's sandwich is an homage to the Italian countryside. Rusted Rooster's Ciabatta Believe It sandwich starts with healthy hunks of fresh mozzarella, topped with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and, if you ask for it, prosciutto. If the cured meat doesn't appeal to you, then try it with a grilled chicken breast instead.
The ciabatta is the vehicle for these fresh ingredients, but only after it's coated with homemade pesto. The result is a sandwich with distinct flavors that all meld together perfectly.
