The Supreme Court of Louisiana ruled Tuesday that the way Gov. Bobby Jindal's controversial school voucher program is funded is unconstitutional, backing a district court decision, according to The Times-Picayune. The ruling is a victory, short-lived though it may be, for the Louisiana Association of Educators, the Louisiana Federation of Teachers and the Louisiana School Boards Association, who filed suit last year challenging the voucher program.
