Downtown newcomers Chad and Jacie Cormier of The Pie Hole are serving up today's EatLafayette Dish of the Day, the Hudson Hawk. This pizza pie starts with a handmade crust seasoned with Mediterranean spices topped with smoked sausage, bacon, shrimp roasted garlic, bell pepper, onions, feta cheese and a creamy white sauce. This dish, as well as the Jackson 5 Pie, are not only customer favorites; they are named after the Cormiers' sons.

While munching on a slice, have a seat at one of their unique in-booth beer taps and pour yourself the perfect pint. Magic Hat, anyone? Call ahead for reservations to get this one-of-a-kind dining as booth tap seating is limited. Mention EatLafayette when you order the Hudson Hawk or the Jackson 5 Pie and receive $2 off an appetizer.
