It's Thirsty Thursday, which means the EatLafayette Dish of the Day is actually a drink: the Green Vespa at Pamplona. You won't be disappointed with this unique cocktail made of house-made cucumber syrup, vodka, gin and fresh squeezed lemon and lime juice. It's perfect for those who want something different that is not overly sweet - the solution to rising summer temperatures.

Stop in for happy hour on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 2-7 p.m. and all day on Wednesday to try this thirst-quencher and pair it with Pamplona's EatLafayette special of Buy Two Get One Free from the Traditional Tapas menu.
