NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Actors can audition for a dozen New Orleans theater companies at once later this month at the National World War II Museum.

Aimée Hayes of the Southern Rep company says the city-wide auditions for actors age 18 and up will be June 29 in the museum's Stage Door Canteen.

Actors Equity Association members should email Hayes at ahayes(at)southernrep.com to schedule an appointment.

Non-Equity actors should prepare two contrasting monologues of one minute each. Singers should bring sheet music and prepare 16 bars of a musical theatre standard to sing a cappella.

All should bring 20 copies of their resume and an attached headshot.
