JUNE 25 Here's a video of a controversial stop that happened a little over a year ago in Livingston Parish, posted by the Advocate. A BR police officer was driving like a nut, and another BR police officer pulled him over. The first guy proceeded to holler at his "brother" officer, disputing his right to pull over a reckless driver outside of his jurisdiction. Eventually the officer let the reckless driver go, but they both ended up getting "verbal counseling," the story reports.
