Acting Up in Acadiana is teaming up with Lafayette Animal Aid for its 2nd Annual Red Carpet Runway benefit fashion show. Every year, the event brings together the best in local fashion and community causes with its favorite two and four legged models strutting the runway.
Several local businesses, including Dunn's Furniture and Interior, band together to help spread awareness for both organizations through a festive runway show that spotlights local retail models coupled with rescue animals from Lafayette Animal Aid. Food and drinks will be available as well as an auction.
The 2nd Annual Red Carpet Runway benefit fashion show begins on Wednesday, June 26, at 6 p.m. at the Madison Banquet and Reception Centre, located at 406 E. Main St., in Broussard. Tickets are $35 each, or $250 for a table of eight, and can be purchased by visiting RedCarpetRunway2013.Eventbrite.com.
