IberiaBank and FoodNet have teamed up to host a food truck rally Wednesday, July 24, at the IberiaBank branch at 322 Settlers Trace. The event is a benefit to help end hunger in our community.

Bring a can of non-perishable food to donate and bring your appetite as trucks Viva La Waffle, Pelon's Mexican Hot Dogs and other trucks will be serving up eats to sample.

Diners enjoying Viva La Waffle during a weekday lunch.

FoodNet is in need of donations because summer months create an increased demand of supplies from the food bank by families depending on the service as donations dwindle. Non-perishable and monetary donations are appreciated, and FoodNet staff will be on site to collect.

The food truck rally takes place from 5:30 p.m. - 8 p.m. - come hungry and leave happy knowing your support will help hungry families in Acadiana.
