1920s inspired theme celebrates caffeine and musical sounds by Royal Teeth.
Thomas Peters and the gang at The Lab Handcrafted Coffees & Comforts in River Ranch hosted a Speakeasy on Sunday, Aug. 4, where guests were treated to the sounds of Royal Teeth and offerings crafted for the event by Peters. The 1920s inspired party brought in flapper girls and lovers of coffee alike - the Speakeasy offering was for those in search of caffeine as contraband.
Signature drinks for tastes of summer included this Party Girl's favorite, Suit and Thai - a coconut milk based beverage with flavors of lemongrass and basil. If you missed the event, stop by the 1042 Camellia Blvd. location for offerings from The Lab and mark your calendar for the Aug. 16 CD release party of Royal Teeth at The District.
