Saint Street Inn explodes for FAeC

We're not sure how they pulled this one off, but our friends at Saint Street Inn are putting a big chanky-chank bow on Festivals Acadiens et Creoles this year with two amazing performances - Thursday by Pine Leaf Trio and Saturday by BeauSoleil. Yeah, BeauSoleil.

We're not sure how they pulled this one off, but our friends at Saint Street Inn - IND alumni Mary Tutwiler and Nathan Stubbs - are putting a big chanky-chank bow on Festivals Acadiens et Creoles this year with two amazing performances - Thursday by Pine Leaf Trio and Saturday by BeauSoleil. Yeah, BeauSoleil.

Wilson Savoy, Courtney Granger and Drew Simon from the Grammy-nominated band The Pine Leaf Boys kick it off Thursday, followed by a rare acoustic set by Grammy-winning BeauSoleil avec Michael Doucet on Saturday night to close out the festival. Both performances begin at 8 p.m. and will go down on the front porch at SSI, which, as anyone who has patronized the Inn knows, is the ultimate intimate venue for live music.

Outdoor tables are limited so you better call now to make reservations: (337) 534-8112. Reservations for BeauSoleil are $75 a head plus tax and gratuity and include a four-course dinner (alcohol not included). Reservations guarantee seating close to the band.
