Stand out looks at a fall soiree
When I got the invite for a Prissy Wilson shindig I knew style would abound. The reigning queen of Rio and her royal posse threw a party at The Madison with a "dressy casual" dress code. But, this wasn't your average crowd and the looks didn't disappoint starting with Queen Prissy herself.
The blond was equal parts edgy and chic in an ensemble that started with leather pants and ended with a fringed top and blazer. It was proof that pants can be the unexpected way to take a look to a sophisticated place. Crystall Coroy was effortless in a blue little dress and long necklace - just the right combo of cocktail with a laid back vibe.
Samuel Richard may be the master at mixing color when it comes to makeup, but the makeup artist was 50 shades of perfectly done grey with a sexy trim cut jacket and pants. Rio court member Nandi Linscombe also brought the leather trend home in an edgy way with her little dress with lace details and a sheer panel while Kiki Frayard proved a super simple little black slip dress can't be beat.
