Natural Easter Egg Dyeing Demo
Vermilionville, 300 Fisher Road

Come learn about the tradition of dyeing Easter eggs and how to use natural dye that was used before modern food coloring was developed. Pack & Paddle's Beer and Gear Social Night
601 East Pinhook Road

This free event will offer local brews provided by Pack & Paddle along with demonstrations of new gear at the outdoors shop - guests even have the chance to sign up to win a kayak. Come out and meet locals who love outdoor activities in Acadiana and learn what you can do with your family as the weather turns warmer.

French at the Market

This second Saturday event at the Lafayette Farmers and Artisans Market at the Horse Farm encourages those who love the French language and culture to join in with amis. Les Amis de L'Immersion, the group that provides support for Lafayette Parish French Immersion programs, hosts a student performance followed by a French conversation circle - French speakers of all backgrounds, ages, and language levels are invited to join in.

ArtWalk
6:00-9:00 PM
The monthly event hosted by Downtown Lafayette encourages locals to get out and see what area artists are up to. This month, check out the exhibits at Cité des Art and Cajun Spice Gallery to see works created by the LPSS talented arts program as part of the annual Multidisciplinary Arts Festival. If you miss out on ArtWalk, you can still see the student work as the festival continues through March 22.
