Monster Jam

Acadian Memorial Heritage Festival
March 15, 10 AM-4PM
Come take part in welcoming the Acadians to Louisiana, along with food, music, arts and crafts, theater, demonstrations and workshops, at the 10th annual Acadian Memorial Heritage Festival and Wooden Boat Congres. The Festival takes place in Evangeline Oak Park on Bayou Teche in downtown St. Martinville from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. Enjoy traditional Cajun food and crafts, while watching demonstrations of how they are cooked and crafted from local chefs and artisans.

Patty in the Parc

The annual St. Patrick's Day celebration in Parc International provides entertainment as well as food and drinks. This year's Patty in the Parc acts include Wayne Toups, Todd O'Neill and the Chee Weez. Advanced sale tickets are $10 and $15 at the gate. Tickets can be purchased at Marley's Sports Bar, Legends Downtown or Annex, or either Schlotzsky's Lafayette location before Saturday at the advanced sale price. Children 12 years old and younger are free. This family-friendly event will have plenty of St. Patty's flair like green beer and other prize goodies given away during the event - wear  green and avoid that St. Patty's day pinch.
