Mad about a hat

by Amanda Bedgood

Symphony luncheon style

You know how I feel about hats. (I love them in way most people reserve for other humans.) So, when there's an event that is kind of hat required I'm all over it. I wasn't the only one. I headed out to ASO's Mad Hatter luncheon yesterday. Lucky me, it was St. Patty's Day and the gals that support the symphony did not disappoint.

Jenny Krueger, the symphony lady herself, was leading the charge in a crisp white skirt and dainty little fascinator hat with feathers. She was a gem in emerald green and we snapped a pic of her with the always beautiful Johanna Villareal of Mixology who had a lovely green sprig in her own big hat with a demure polka dot dress.

Moon Chang was darling in vibrant pink and a pinstripe jacket and we loved Jan Frost Williams' treatment of the giant black hat with a sheer veil. This IND Styler went with my beloved purple fascinator and a little green dress.

One of the men behind the fashion show caught our eye upon arrival. (How could he not? Dude was rocking sequins at high noon.) Stephen Barker wore the St. Patrick's version of the holiday vest - green and sparkling and a real ode to the day of shamrocks.
