Lens: Big Oil gunning for two more lawsuits

Maginnis on Poverty Point and Palestine
APR 8 Because of its historical and anthropological importance, Louisiana's Poverty Point has been nominated to become one of less than two dozen World Heritage Sites, columnist John Maginnis tells us in this post. The only problem? The world organization that maintains the list is one the US won't join, because the organization has admitted Palestine -- and we don't belong to groups that admit Palestine.

APR 8 The Mighty Favog blogs about LSU's art school, which is literally falling down around the students' ears. In this post you will seem photos and video that will make your blood run cold, and read info that should be embarrassing and appalling. The students have been creative in their protests, even hijacking the university's branding campaign: Love Purple Live Mold is their slogan.
