Robert Adley (most recently Bobby Jindal and Big Oil's lawsuit hit man) once made about Jindal's proposed ethics reform (now law): that it would "take the state of Louisiana from sunshine to moonshine." No kidding.

KEEPING UP WITH THE FLOOD HEADED TO BR
JUN 25 This Facebook page lets you know what's up with the activists who are marching toward Baton Rouge to symbolically flood the Governor's Mansion. They started at Grand Isle, with some marchers collecting gulf water to take to the capitol. There are links here to most of the coverage (some national) of the event.

JINDAL SIGNS ETHICS EXCEPTIONS
JUN 25 Gov. Bobby Jindal is ok with ethics laws as long as they don't hurt him or his buddies, apparently. Blogger CB Forgotston lets us know about two exceptions recently signed by the "gold standard" governor. They both allow exceptions for specific people - but those guys aren't named, CB says.
