In addition to being one of Lafayette's favorite lunch spots, Taco Sisters has now set its sights on conquering the breaksfast crowd with the launch of a new AM menu.

In addition to being one of Lafayette's favorite lunch spots, Taco Sisters has now set its sights on conquering the breaksfast crowd with the launch of a new AM menu.

According to a press release sent out Tuesday, Taco Sisters, situated Downtown on the corner of Johnston and Vermilion streets, will now start opening at 6 a.m. on weekdays, offering breakfast tacos and burritos, parfaits, fresh fruit and coffee.

"[W]e continue to use only the best ingredients and fill our food with love," reads Tuesday's release. "Go light with a fresh fruit and homemade granola parfait with greek yogurt, mint and honey, or fill up on a hearty chorizo, egg & potato burrito. Top it off with bright, fresh ginger-apple juice."

Like lunch, breakfast will also be available for pick-up through Taco Sisters' drive-thru from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., and lunch will now be served one hour earlier than before.
