A vegan and gluten-free bakery tasty enough for any skeptic

One of those special treats is the butter pecan cookie bar - this mid-day snack or after-dinner dessert is naturally sweet and is a blend of almond flour, butter and nuts with a cream cheese frosting. You would never believe gluten-free could taste so good. Consider grabbing some other treats to go like a few macaroons, an oatmeal cream pie or the white chocolate raspberry stuffed pastry tart.

Take notice that BiBi's also offers a breakfast and lunch menu like burritos, biscuits and sandwiches. Since these dishes are also gluten-free, you can bet they will be packed with flavorful ingredients to please.
