Lafayette's most highly regarded attorneys were honored by their own at the Hall of Fame Banquet sponsored by the Lafayette Bar Association.
This lifetime achievement award recognizes LBA members who have attained a high degree of professional achievement or displayed long-term outstanding leadership and participation in bar activities.
Selected for the inaugural class were the Honorable Kaliste J. Saloom Jr., James E. Diaz Jr., Robert R. McBride, Harmon F. Roy and Bob F. Wright. Also honored were President's Awards' recipients Frank X. Neuner Jr. and Gary McGoffin, both of whom were hand-selected by LBA President Tricia Pierre. Receiving the Outstanding Young Lawyer Award was Kevin Blanchard. Sen. Fred Mills emceed the event, held at the Petroleum Club of Lafayette.
