Caitlin Sonnier has joined Acadian Companies as a marketing specialist in the marketing and public relations department.
Sonnier serves as a writer for Acadian's six divisions and assists with managing Acadian's various social media channels and the company's internal and external communications.
She previously worked as a media buyer and account executive at Sides & Associates and is a UL Lafayette graduate. She is also a member of the705, an organization for young leaders in Acadiana. Acadian offers a wide variety of medical, safety, health, transportation and educational services and comprises six divisions: Acadian Ambulance Service, Acadian Air Med, Acadian Total Security, Executive Aircraft Charter Service, National EMS Academy and Safety Management Systems.

Maggard has more than eight years of media/marketing experience in the Lafayette area, having most recently worked as campaign manager for Potenza. She has managed multi-million dollar advertising budgets for clients across the Gulf South - overseeing media buys and ad placement. She has also directed PR campaigns for a local automotive group, Cirque du Soleil and the Lafayette Parish School System.
A native of Lafayette, Maggard graduated from LSU in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in public relations and a minor in business administration. She is an active member the Jr. League of Lafayette and the705.
