Restaurant could see a little facelift,' Bobby Butcher tells Daily Report.

Broussard-based Butcher Air Conditioning's John and Bobby Butcher have purchased the Coursey Boulevard building that houses Fernando's Mexican Grill and Cantina for $839,350, Baton Rouge's Daily Report noted this week.

The restaurant will remain in operation, but the building could see "a little facelift," Bobby Butcher tells the online news source.

The brothers, who purchased the property under Boyce Road Coursey Property LLC, preside over a two-part company with partner Mark Haydel: Butcher Air Conditioning, which deals in heating, ventilation and air conditioning retail and service, and Butcher Distributors Inc., the largest Trane distributor in southern Louisiana and Mississippi.
