CRAWFISH UPDATES US ON OPT-OUT HARASSMENT
MAR 2 Blogger Crazy Crawfish brings us up to date on the way that some school systems across the state are dealing with parents and kids who try to opt-out of standardized testing. It ain't pretty - but given the absolute obsession with tests that permeates the "reform" movement, that's not a surprise, is it?

GRACE: DAVE IS ABSOLUTELY A PROBLEM FOR BOBBY
MAR 2 Here's an interesting one from Stephanie Grace, in which she examines how David Vitter could influence Bobby Jindal's presidential campaign. Vitter can only benefit from taking shots at Jindal in his run for governor, Grace says, and that's going to follow Bobby around as he's claiming what a great job he's done.

MAR 2 Cyril Vetter pens this guest post on Bob Mann's blog about Bobby Jindal, the state of our state, and taxes. For all his Ivy League wonk hype, Bobby Jindal "reeks of 1950s Donaldsonville," Vetter writes. It's a must-read.

ASWELL: LOUISIANA HITS BOTTOM OF PRO-BIZ RANKING
MAR 2 Blogger Tom Aswell is a busy bee in this post. He has assembled a laundry list here of Bobby Jindal's failures - just in case you forgot any of them - and he's taken aim at Rolfe McCollister, publisher of the Baton Rouge Business Report and a shameless (and clueless?) Jindal cheerleader. He's also telling us about a ranking that probably will never appear in the pages of Rolfe's paper.

MAR 2 Bobby Jindal says he's praying about whether or not he'll run for President, but possibly God is trying to tell him something. This post on the Picayune outlines the results of a recent CPAC poll, and Jindal's not even breaking 1 percent. He's trailing 11 others, with Rand Paul leading the pack (again). Could it be that he destroyed our state for nothing?

RED SHTICK NOT FISHING FOR THESE CATCHES
MAR 2 This (racy) post on the Red Shtick pokes fun at a recent article in another Baton Rouge based mag about the top six "catches" in the Capital City. Be warned, it's not for the easily offended, but then some might find the original, meat-market type of article, offensive as well.
Monday's Blogs from the Bog!
Crawfish updates us on how school systems are treating kids and parents who want to opt-out of standardized test craziness - and it ain't pretty. Also today in La La Land, Dave will definitely be a problem for Bobby, and a must-read from Cyril Vetter.
