Ross happens to be the man at the helm of Genterie Supply Co. downtown. But, he's always just that laid back cool guy who knows how to dress well no matter the occasion. No fuss. All guy. On point.

This pic is what he calls his "uniform." (NOTE: I advise everyone have a uniform. A shape that works best for them, colors you know work together with more than one item in the closet and look great on you. It's exactly how men like Ross look effortless but just right day after day.)

"As a pretty casual guy, a lot of my closet consists of various blue jeans and blue chambray shirts," he says. "It's very important, however, that the two blues don't match. From there, pretty much any shoe or boot looks good. White tennis shoes and no socks for Spring. Brown leather boots for fall/winter."

On point year round.

Take a cue from Ross and try denim on denim in different shades and shapes. For the summer heat think dark cut offs and a faded little button down with the sleeves rolled up on her for the female version of Ross' denim cool.
