In partnership with Brown Builders and Fairfield Property Management, Billeaud Companies has developed Villa Broussard apartment complex at 473 St. Nazaire Road in Broussard.
The complex offers one, two and three-bedroom units as well as a swimming pool, pool house, covered parking, dog park, fitness area and business center.
The property, which offers 100 apartments, began leasing the last week of December and is already 80 percent leased, according to a press release celebrating its grand opening.
