  • POLITICO ON JINDAL'S COMMITTEE

MAY 19 Here's the Politico post on Bobby Jindal's announcement that he's formed an exploratory committee to help him "decide" if he's going to run for president. MAY 19 Can you imagine an environmental quality urging approval of a plan to build a school on top of of a waste dump?? Only in Louisiana, right? This guest post on Louisiana Voice tells the story.

  • CB: FISCAL OFFICE BEING NEUTERED

MAY 19 Blogger CB Forgotston is giving us a history lesson - and a political science lesson well. The Legislature's fiscal office isn't operating as it should, he says. (Well, duh - did a $1.6 billion deficit slip past 'em?)
