ASWELL ON THE AUCTIONEERS BOARD (YES, THAT REALLY IS A THING)
SEP 3 Blogger Tom Aswell tells a sorted tale here about the state Auctioneer Licensing Board (yes, Virginia, it does it exist) in this post. The moment was captured in a beautiful photo showing the child's beaming face as she hugs the man's neck. The girl, now 13 and living in Mississippi, was found using social media.
