KELLER TO HOLDEN: WANT SOME CHEESE WITH THAT WHINE?
SEP 4 Columnist Lanny Keller says that one day history will see Kip Holden as one of Baton Rouge's best mayors -- but it is not this day. Now the mayor comes off as petulant, whiny and tough to work with, Keller says.

THIS GUY'S GETTING MORE NATIONAL PRESS THAN JINDAL
SEP 4 The New York Daily News posts this story about the Lake Arthur cop who lost his job after a photo surfaced of him doing the Hitler salute alongside some grand poobah of the KKK. First he said he was undercover, but then admitted he was lying. Then he said he'd been baptized. Oh, OK. Huh?

Friday's Blogs from the Bog!
Lanny Keller offers Kip Holden some cheese to go with his whine. Also today, Ian on the shooting last week (right - which one?) and The Lens on the same ole B.S. about Katrina.
