Gulf Coast Young Professionals Summit announces keynote speaker

Registration is now open for the GCYP Summit, which will be hosted at the UL Lafayette Student Union on Thursday and Friday, August 11 - 12.

Casey Gerald, Yale College and Harvard Business School graduate, and founder and CEO of MBAs Across America, will be the keynote speaker for the 2nd annual Gulf Coast Young Professionals Summit.

Gerald is a voice of the millennial generation for business, entrepreneurship and finding your purpose. At the summit he will address “Harnessing Failure to Solve the Big Problems of our Time,” along with other recognized speakers from across Louisiana, including CEO Student of the Year Kenny Nguyen, Waitr CEO Chris Meaux and motivational speaker and author Nomica Guillory, all of whom are among the more than 14 speakers in the lineup.

Gerald and others will share their experience and expertise on a range of topics, including leadership, entrepreneurship, professional development and the importance of failure in success.

Registration is now open for the GCYP Summit, which will be held at the UL Lafayette Student Union on Thursday and Friday, Aug. 11 - 12. Veteran, aspiring leaders and young professionals spanning countless disciplines will convene to explore how to catapult themselves to the next level of greatness.
