Acadiana United Rally set to benefit local law enforcement

The Grouse Room is teaming up with the Acadiana United and Adam Aucoin, Corey Seneca, and Trisha Hess as the presenting sponsors for the Acadiana United Rally in Parc Lafayette tomorrow night.

Aucoin, Seneca and Hess are sponsoring the event to demonstrate what community unity and leadership should be. The trio have spearheaded this event to benefit local law enforcement agencies and bring awareness to a wide range of groups that make up the city of Lafayette and its surrounding towns.

The Acadiana United Rally will feature several guest speakers including Capt. Clay Higgins and Youngsville Chief of Police Rickey Boudreaux.

The community is encouraged to support this event by buying a t-shirt, a car decal or yard sign. The event will be followed by the Grouse Room’s weekly Blues Jam starting at 8 p.m. Entry Fee is a donation of any amount with all proceeds from the event benefiting local Acadiana law enforcement. Direct donations can also be made on Acadiana United Go Fund Me page.

The Acadiana United Rally takes place on Wednesday, July 27, at 6 p.m. at the Grouse Room, located at 1919 Kaliste Saloom Road in Parc Lafayette. For more information visit the event page on Facebook.
