According to U.S. Attorney Stephanie A. Finley's office, 33-year-old Randy LeBlanc pleaded to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud for his role in creating fake invoices in his role as a driver and later dispatcher for Acme Trucking Lines. The feds say LeBlanc personally benefitted from the scheme to the tune of $220,000.
Jahorae Johnson, 38, also pleaded guilty to a single count of conspiracy, also for submitting false invoices. Johnson absconded with $96,000 in trucking company money, according to the press release issued by Finley's office.
LeBlanc and Johnson are scheduled to be sentenced May 5.
