The UL Federal Credit Union has opened its new main branch at 805 Bertrand Drive, across from University Hospital & Clinics.

The site was chosen for its closeness to South Louisiana Community College, UL’s Research Park and Cajun Field. “The proximity to our partners highlights our commitment to the faculty, staff, students and alumni of UL Lafayette and SLCC,” Debbie Kidder, president and CEO of the UL Federal Credit Union, says in a release.

Financial services include checking and savings accounts, loans, mortgages and financial counselors. The location has three drive-thru lanes, a drive-thru ATM and night deposit box. Lobby hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Drive-thru hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The campus branch at 619 McKinley St. (Olivier Parking Tower), across from the UL Lafayette Student Union, remains open.
