The 2008 Ragin’ Cajuns Quarterback Club has kicked off its membership drive, with all of the funding going toward recruiting efforts.
Club members have access to regular luncheons featuring Head Coach Rickey Bustle and one of his assistant coaches, both of whom review the previous game and give a scouting report on the next opponent. A Q&A period follows each presentation.
This year’s luncheons start Monday, Aug. 25, and will be held at noon at City Club at River Ranch. The Monday events are open only to Quarterback Club members, who pay $15 for each lunch they attend. Subsequent luncheon dates are Sept. 8, 15, 22 and 29; Oct. 6, 13 and 27; and Nov, 3, 10, 17 and 24.
Three levels of membership are offered. Join the "player" level for $50; "coach" for $500; and "all conference" for $1,500. To become a member or for more information on the advantages of each level, call Hunter Trahan at 233-0930. You can also join at the Aug. 25 luncheon.
