The latest event, Moncton Rock + Acadiana Cri opens tomorrow night in Arnaudville. The art show is a multidisciplinary group exhibit of over 30 artists from Moncton, in New Brunswick and Acadiana. The contemporary show covers many art forms — music, poetry, theatre, literature, painting, musical instrument crafts, graphic design, drawing and video.

The opening on October 16, at 6 p.m. features music by Acadian artist Roland Gauvin. The following night, October 17, at 7 p.m. there will be a panel discussion with David Cheramie, Barry Ancelet, Mary Perrin, David Greeley and David Barry, followed by a musical performance at NuNu’s. Next Saturday, October 25, at 9 a.m., there will be a Table Francaise followed by a music jam with the Michot family. All events take place at the Steeple Gallery, 149 Fuselier Road, Arnaudville.
