Last night KLFY-TV10 broke the story of former IceGator and downtown bar owner Eric Cloutier's arrest on hundreds of charges ranging from theft to money laundering and racketeering. Cloutier's downtown establishments are Karma Nightclub and Marley's.
The Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Department arrested Cloutier on warrants issued by the state's Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control. His bond was set at $100,000, according to KLFY's story.
The state office tells the INDsider information on the investigation will not be available until after 2 p.m. today.
