A viewing party for Friday’s launch of Fox News host Glenn Beck’s "We Surround Them" movement has been set up in Lafayette. The gathering was announced and spread via email by Carol Ross, who is active in local Republican politics. The viewing party will be held from 3:30-5:30 p.m. Friday in the Grill Room at the Petroleum Club. The announcement for the gathering was distributed at 8:19 p.m. Thursday, roughly eight and a half hours after The Independent blogged on the "We Surround Them" phenomenon.
