The hearing set for today to decide the fate of Marley's and Karma's alcohol licenses has been postponed to give the bar owners’ lawyer more time to prepare for the case, according to The Advocate. The permits are in jeapordy due to the February arrest of co-owner Eric Cloutier, who faces 505 criminal charges after a lengthy investigation by the state Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control.
