LGMC H1N1 seminar tomorrow morning at LITE

by Leslie Turk

The headlines have been non-stop and are only going to accelerate. The H1N1 flu — or swine flu — strain is now a global epidemic, and tomorrow’s seminar at LITE aims to get local companies ready for what could be a very rough ride this fall. LGMC has teamed up with LEDA and LITE to host the H1N1 education event from 7:30-9 a.m. tomorrow. The event is free and open to the public.

Seven people have died in Louisiana from the swine flu strain so far; read more about the potential impact of the deadly virus on Acadiana business community in September’s Health & Medical Monthly in The Independent Weekly.
