Brush up on your comedy skills at local workshop.
There will be a sketch comedy workshop at the Acadiana Center for Film and Media (at AOC) on May 1. Hosted by local comedian and Skit Happens director Ricky Briggs, the workshop runs from 2 5 p.m. and costs $10. It will cover sketch writing, improv/creating a character with Lian Cheramie & Hannah Briggs, film & media with Lane Fournerat & Megan Lebleu, and graphic design by Olivia Judge. If you want to brush up on your comedy and media-related skills, be at ACFM on the corner of Lee and Main streets in downtown Lafayette on the above date.
