Converse with the curator at UL

by Dege Legg

The Hilliard Universtity Art Museum hosts Conversations with the Curator, a look behind the scenes of the art exhibitions.

The UL Lafayette Hilliard University Art Museum is hosting a new series for the spring. Conversations with the Curator is a look behind the scenes of how the art market works. The program is designed for everyone from the novice to the connoisseur and will include informal and insightful conversations that offer a deeper understanding of art in an exhibition or the concepts and theories behind contemporary arts. These events will delve into everything from art education, the logistics of organizing an exhibit to the stories behind the art and artists.

Each of these events is free and open to UL students, faculty, staff and the general public.
