As we lucky few who attended its soft opening can attest, The Saint Street Inn is fantastic. But it is no longer a secret. Today marks its official opening.

A recent tasting lunch at Saint Street Inn attended by members of
The Ind staff included to-die-for burgers and fresh barbecue shrimp
poboys, all in the $8-$10 range with clever sides.

As we lucky few who attended its soft opening can attest, The Saint Street Inn is fantastic. But it is no longer a secret. Today marks its official opening.

The Saint Street Inn, located at 407 Brook Ave. across St. Mary from Olde Tyme Grocery, is as of this writing open for lunch. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, the restaurant will be serving up the freshest farm-to-table menu items around. Feel free to ask the staff for specifics on just how much of the menu is locally sourced, which not only supports area farmers and purveyors and the local economy, but also ensures what you are consuming is as fresh as possible.

After Labor Day weekend The Saint Street Inn will begin serving dinner. Check back here for its hours.

The owners are Independent alumni Nathan Stubbs and Mary Tutwiler. Check out the menu at The Saint Street Inn's official site.
